How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Most US deliveries arrive 5–8 business days after that, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Shipping is free on orders over $50.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund, even if your pet simply didn't take to it. Contact us with your order number and we'll send you the return steps.
