Will my pet fit inside?
It's designed for cats and small dogs that like to curl up. If your pet stretches out flat when sleeping or weighs more than about 15 lb, a larger open bed may suit them better.
Can I wash it?
Yes. The inner cushion comes out and can be hand washed in cold water. Spot clean the outer shell and let everything air dry.
My cat doesn't like new things. Any tips?
Place the bed where your cat already naps and put a worn T-shirt or their favorite blanket inside. Most cats move in within a few days.
